Stewart Consulting worked wonders for our business!  We had a very dysfunctional workflow that was too complex to train new employees or have other employees fill in when there was turnover.  Stewart Consulting physically stepped in to learn our processes, document our steps from start to finish, and then recommended changes for optimizing the workflow.  Additionally, Stewart Consulting researched a centralized customer and order management system, designed for our industry, and negotiated a lower price with the provider.

Ultimately, these changes simplified our workflow and allowed management to focus on other areas rather than being drawn into day to day fires and issues.  We were actually able to train employees in about 1 week compared to the 5-6 weeks it used to take.  Finally, the centralized customer and order management system was crucial to our ability to scale our business and maintain proper records and support for customers.
